ReplyDeleteI had a very nice image about this place and treated it as a legendary place. But today i changed my mind. The nurses in the reception desk critisize their patients even before they leave the place assuming that the patient will not hear what they discuss and critisize. Its really disgusting n disheartening. I suggest that its better to assign a pleasant an understanding lady to the reception desk. ( if the management really likes to make the place more attractive and increase visits of more patients. )
